All jewelry is GUARANTEED to be free from defects in craftsmanship and materials on delivery. Should the jewelry fail within the first 30 days through normal wear, and examination reveals it was due to a design flaw, I will repair or replace the item at no additional cost and no further shipping costs will be assessed. If a refund is requested, a full refund including return shipping costs will be applied to your credit card account within 7-10 days of my receipt of the merchandise.
